We have been very fortunate this year for Re-food Ltd to provide us with a 12.5 tonne lorry to transport our camping equipment and luggage from Widnes to our site in Tal-Y-Bont Wales. Not only have they provided the transport but also a driver! This has saved us a great expense, which allows us to provide more opportunities whilst away. So far we have planned canoeing and visiting Greenwood family park for the day, things we possibly could not have done without their generosity.
Arriving and setting up
For the first time in many years we have an advanced party setting off on Friday. As schools do not finish until the Friday, the boys and girls attending will leave Saturday morning. Upon arriving they should be seeing the camp almost setup. I’m sure they’ll be pleased that their own tents will have been left for them to learn and put up.
Activities
Lots of activities planned as well as the day trips mentioned. Sports, quizzes and beach trips to mention a few.
I’m positive they are going to have a great time.
